Something better than a treadmill?
I've been trying to lose weight and I walk about 2 miles a day on the treadmill, and I find it to be EXTREMLEY boring. Are there any other excersices that work just as well, that I'd be able to do around my house?
Answers:
It might be good to maybe walk less, maybe a mile?, on the treadmill and do a variation of of other things around the house. Maybe something like wear ankle weights when your just doing chores or you could do low weight toning exercises during your off time or during commericals when your watching tv. Another possibilty is walk a mile in the morning and a mile in the afternoon. These are just ideas off the top of my head but also keep in mind that when you diversify your workout more, your body won't be as used to the workout which means that the more small things you add in, the better results you'll see. Just a fun fact in case you were interested.
