I feel fat!!?!


Question: I feel fat!!!?
Okay!.!.!. I run around a lot and I do sit ups and a whole bunch of ab excersises and i do lunges and jumping jacks and push ups but i still feel fat!. I like my arms but my thighs and my stomach could really use some work!. I feel really uncomfortable with myself sometimes!. I wear sweaters in 80 degree weather because i feel insecure about how my stomach looks with just a shirt on!. I'm sick of it and need some things YOU made up to stay fit!. A lot of times what people make up at their homes works better than those fitness channels!. Thanks so much if you have anything to share in how I can make myself feel better about how I look but also get in shape ( give useful and partially fun exercises that u do!! Well!.!. i dont have a quick fix, but i do have a fix:)
I was insecure about the way i looked before, as well!. I started running on a treadmill, watching tv, or running with a friend, both are fun!:) What i did was run for 20 minutes to start off!. After about a week or so, i upped it to 25, then 30 and so on!. If you do decide to run, it will also 'tone' your thighs, aswell!.

What you eat has alot to do with if you're gonna lose weight or not!. Me, i didnt actually go on a diet!. I started eating healthier!. if your feeling thirsty, put the cola down, grab a glass of water!. Hungry!? Try an apple!

Honestly, it worked for me!. I lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks!. Just dont starve yourself! if you're hungry, eat!.!.!. but eat healthy! Also, tell you're parents or a close friend that you want to lose weight, dont do it alone! They can encourage you along the way!

i run alot no matter where it is!. I run from my house to school and back and forth!. I also joined cross country and track & field at school!. YOU should not feel uncomfortable with ur self because u are what you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
