Way too hard to answer this one!. It depends on your age, gender, bmi, activity levels, etc!.!. Exercise is a good way to relieve the nicotine habit as well as target areas where you want to 'firm up'!. Even a brisk walk can help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As is the case with every other type of weight gain and loss, it all depends on your body type!.

Be conscious of the fact that you are going to be tempted to munch more without your cigarettes!.

It's really just the oral fixation that gives you the munchies after you quit smoking, so if you can find something to keep your mouth busy, it will be easier!. I read about someone once who sucked on candy canes for three weeks!. Not sure how great that was for his teeth, but it did the trick!.

Good luck!. I need to quit, too! Again!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you will gain weight where you are genetically prone to gaining weight!. Everyone is different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would love to know!. This is my fear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
