It for sure works - a few years back I lost 20 pounds with it!. Alot of workout videos dont work unfortunately, but Turbo Jam FOR SURE does! (and its fun!)!. I am actually off to go do mine in about half an hour - Fat Blaster!Www@Answer-Health@Com
