Depends on your goals, if you want to be a pro bodybuilder and are over 18 years of age, you want 1-1!.5g of protein a day to build muscle and workout like you never have before!.

However, you can achieve great gains with only eating food and not taking supplements!. Supplements help speed it up, but even if you take in 100g of protein a day through food alone, you will see results!.

The key is working out until you feel that muscle working hard!. Then you feed, then you rest!. Dont work any muscle group directly more than 2 times per week and you will do fine!. Nutrition is 90% of the equation!.
