Do you have a "fitness attitude?" Is fitness part of your daily routine or something you do if & when you can?

Answers:

It started out as a task.. but it gradually became an addiction. Now I get depressed unless I attend the gym and work hard... alternating areobics and resistance training .... every day. Yes, I think it is a priority once you mkae some progress and resolve not to have to go through the breathless pain barrier again that is the first 6 -8 weeks of training.
