Question: 6-Pack!?!?!? 13 year old!?!?!?!? Abs!?!?!?
Hello, I'm 13 and i want to get a 6-pack or at least sum thing like that I'm not fat I'm not that skinny either!. but forget my weight what is the best way to get a 6-pack I'm doing 40 sit-ups each day will that help!?!?!? or do i need to do more!?!?!?

ok so first off i want to let u know that working out a lot during puberty can stunt ur growth!.!.it happened to my friends brother!.!.he's done growing!.!.and only 5'8!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.anyways!.!.40 sit-ups a day will only help tone ur stomach!.!.!.try doing side crunches in addition to sit-ups!.!.!.like 50-100 of each per day!.!.!.im a girl and i did 100 sit-ups a day for a month straight!.!.!.its not that hardWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am a 15 year old girl and my brother and I rock climb, wake board, snowboard, ski, play soccer, tennis and hike!.
so, my advice to you, is to find an activity that you enjoy such as the ones my brother and I enjoy!.

my brother and I do pull ups to stay in shape for rock climbing, I always feel it in my stomach and arms, so you could try that!.
he does it twice a day, in the morning and at night
also, eat healthily!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit ups don't work by itself!. Do jogging or running!. Things that uses your leg muscles and gives you a lot of cardio workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get a pull up bar and do 50 sit ups not 40
