Question: Summer is here, need to loose some weight,,,!?
I'm 16, and since summer is here,, just like everyone else,, i'm beginning to worry,,, i need to lose some weight, right now i'm around 175!.!.!. i would like to loose about 20LBS, but even i know thts not possible in a month,, hehehe!.!.!. but if i could loose 10 in a month would be just great!.!.!.

Ok, Things i have done and i am able to do,,
1!., ride my bike for about 16Miles, (8 one way, 8 coming back,,)
2!. i could also walk all of tht,, i hv done it before,, but it would take me a lifetime,, lol!.!.!.

I'm The kind of person that does what told( well most of the times) :D, so if someone could give me some steps like

1!. do this,
2!. do that
3!. dont eat this !!!

etc!.!.

Then that would be great,,, thx for ur help in advance,,

1!. Drink lots of water-it makes you feel full and it cleanses the extra waste out of your body!.
2!. Cardio for at least 40 minutes!.
3!. Bike riding is good exercise!.
4!. No chips, soda, junk food period!.
6!. Stop the soda, I lost visible weight in my stomach in a week when I drunk strictly water!.
7!. And workout!.!.!.the more muscle you have!.!.!. the more calories you burn even while your sleeping!.

During Summer times, u never lose fat instead u accumulate fat!.

Just be more active, got for walks or jogs!. get involved in a sport team!.
Dont skip eating as this will slow your metabolism!
Eat little and often!.
Like 3 main meals with healthy snacks in between like nuts, dried fruit, pretz sticks, english muffin with peanut butter on top!.
Also have a rest day, like sunday where you can treat yourself, this will prevent you having cravings and bingeing!.
If you want to have a dessert then yogurt is a good dessert, or frozen yogurt or sometimes ice cream!? Dark chocolate is also good as it has lots of anti oxidants!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
