How do I stay on my diet?!


Question: How do I stay on my diet!?
Ok!.!.!.
I've been on this really strict diet!. No soft drinks!. No fast food!. All healthy things!. No chips, cake, candy,etc!.
I was doing good at first, but now I can't stay on it!.!.!.!.!.any help!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It IS hard!!! I know! But strict isn't always good!. You can allow yourself things in moderation and be fine!.

What works for me is calculating when I can "cheat!." If I've had a good week or month, I'll allow myself to have a little something!. But if I do, I can't do it again for a while!. You can give yourself a "cheat day" where you get to have one thing you've been craving!. Be flexible with it too!. If your cheat day is Saturday, and you want a cookie on Thursday, go ahead, but just don't have anything else until the following Saturday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you could limit yourself to one "bad" food a day!. I know that may not be stricly following your diet, but most diets allow for some flexibility!. You won't be able to stick to your diet if you give up everything you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try not to think about junk food; make sure you have none left in your house, if so then get rid of it!.
-Exercise to keep ur mind off it, but don't over exercise!. Or find some healthy foods that you really like (i don't mind eating more than 2 salads at a time)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get yourself i weight loss buddy!.!.!. then you can call them up when you feel like eating!.!.!.also its an incentive to both keep going if one or other did really well one week and you want to keep up!!!
