No, quite frankly!. As another poster said, something is better than nothing but IMHO anything less than 1/2 an hour is a bit of a waste of a shower!.

Any improvement is going to be so slow that it will be hard to maintain motivation!.

you can use lower weights and a lot of reps or do gravity exercises with weights, basically it is better to do something then nothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
