Need to lose weight..obviously.?!


Question: Need to lose weight!.!.obviously!.!?
I'm not sure how to go about it!. Last year at this time I weighed about 150 and i'm 5'5"!. For me I had a flat stomach and nice legs!. Since then I've gained about 60 pounds!. Its gettin ridiculous! I've stopped eating junk and pop and I'm not sure whats going on!! I just can't seem to get this weight off and its killing my self esteem! I exercise about 4-5 days a week for about an hour somtimes 2 depending on the time I have!. I don't know what I'm doing wrong!.

I recently started to eat only healthy foods and lost 20 pounds in 3 months very easily!. I actually learned about this healthy eating result from my younger sister!. I had seen her 3 months before a while ago and she just looked like her regular self!. Then I saw her 3 months later and she had lost 25 pounds and had her high school figure back!. I was sooo shocked I couldn't say anything or mention it for quite a while, then I asked her if she had been running or something, that she looked great and she said she hadn't had time to exercise, and which made me feel better as I knew I wouldn't do that either and stick with it!. Then she said her and her daughter just went on a heart healthy diet!. Their motto was, "If it's not healthy, don't eat it!." I started the day I got home with changing just a few things in my diet and slowly the pounds started falling off, I was completely amazed!. I didn't tell anyone I was doing it, but my family!. I knew my weight in the beginning and didn't weigh myself again until my pants felt way looser, so it wasn't discouraging in the beginning!. I recorded everything I ate each day on a Word document and I am still doing it, to keep a record of it!. People eventually started to notice that I was losing weight, my pants were getting baggier!. I didn't want to tell any of them, as that creates added expectations!. I never dreamed I would ever see the scale stop at those numbers again, but now they are!. It is amazing what can happen with healthy eating, I didn't think I ate that much junk, but apparently I did!.

This is pretty much what my healthy eating plan is each day:

Breakfast:
1 cup of Kashi cereal either Go Lean Crunch or Autumn Wheat
1/2 cup of 1% milk
(in the beginning I measured it out, then later I just poured a bowl full with 1% milk)
This cereal is the main ingredient I believe in the healthy eating start as it is very filling and you and easily last until lunch!.

Lunch:
1 light yogurt
and 1 apple
I also drink either lots of water throughout the day
instead of pop at restaurants I always get ice tea as it has no calories

Dinner:
I always have a large glass of 1% milk
meat, barbecued or broiled if fried only occasionally in olive oil
salad with anything on it veggies, fruit, nuts, meats, and dressings
steamed or fresh vegetables you can have as much as you like
you can also have as much fruit as you like
if you have anything fried like a corn taco shell fry it in olive oil
other than that the rule is no fried foods
cottage cheese is good also
if you have baked potatoes use spray butter on it and also on your vegetables
if you have bread or rice, make it whole grains
Don't forget soup is a great dinner or lunch food!.

Snack if you need them are things like almonds, pretzels, and popcorn!.
If you keep it around 1200-1400 calories you will lose about 1 to 2 pounds a week!. If really is a game of calories!. So, don't waste your calories on junk!.

IF YOU WANT RESULTS, NO CHEATING AND IT WILL HAPPEN!.

I guess it convinced me as I could see her results and I knew it worked!.

I also know I would never stick with anything that was too hard to do or keep track of, so that is why this works for me!.

* I went down from a size 11/12 to a size 7/8 I was completely amazed!. I truly shows how much junk and unhealthy fatty foods we eat in our diets each day!. I have also started to really look at all of unhealthy people that are overweight and try to notice what they eat at the malls and in restaurants, then I go get a salad or something healthy, and they do sell these things to when you are out with friends or shopping etc!.

Here is an easy calorie formula that makes sense that I read in Prevention Magazine!. Take the weight you want to be and multiply it by 10 if you are somewhat inactive, and that is how many calories you should eat each day to get to your desired weight!. If you are more active multiply your desired weight by 13 and you will have the calories you want to consume daily!. Multiplying by the 10 seems the easier to me as a lot of what you eat is a "guess-timation" anyway!. You definitely don't want anything hard to remember, or it is too easy to quit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should try eating foods that you like and are good for you! also try doing a sport like volleyball it keepes your legs and body in shape or try softball or baseball they keep you in shape in many ways!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, just trash the junk and only focuse on breakfest lunch and dinner!. no dessert needed and work out, horse riding is very effective in your legs and start walkin on your tread mill!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your metabolisms slow down when you stop eating, eat 6 small meals a day!. a healthy breakfast, a snack (fruit etc) a lunch of your craving just a small portion and fill yourself up with healthy fruits and vegetables if you are still hungry!. for a snack eat yogurt!.Eat a dinner that is of a variety of foods!. for snack eat celery or carrot sticks with ranch!. never go more than 2 hours without eating!. even if it is just one cracker!. but eat small amounts and eat healthy!. eat food that you like but dont eat too much of it!. if it doesnt fill you up add fruits and vegetables and be creative with your recipes!. have fun eating right!. you have to plan out you meals for a day that way you wont grab the first thing that is edible, you will be grabbing food that is good and healthy!. never go 30 minutes without doing something active!. and if you stray from your diet dont beat yourself up!. you are human!. stress make you gain weight, so does lack of sleep and starving yourself!. your attitude is the key, so do things that make u happy including helping others!. love yourself 100lbs or 400lbs, love yourself and feel good about u!. you can always hire an instructor!. age put weight on u also cause your metabolisms slow down!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, I do have advice!. Make an appointment with your doc for a full physical!.

That weight gain equals about 5 lbs a month, and that's kind of a quick gain of a lot of weight!. It isn't uncommon for people to put on 10-20 lbs a year just from getting older and not paying attention to what they are eating, but you gained a lot more than that, and it's not coming off like it should with your exercise regimen and you having cut out the junky stuff!.

Talk to your doctor and have a physical, to rule out any underlying medical condition which would cause you to gain weight like that!. After all weird and/or dangerous causes are ruled out, you can discuss what your doc can do to help you lose weight!. I am not talking about drugs, but sometimes doctors have ideas about things which can be helpful, and which aren't obvious to us!.

Once you've ruled out some odd underlying cause, or had anything unusual treated, then maybe you can lose weight again!.
