How can i work out with no equipment?!


Question: How can i work out with no equipment!?
this summer i'm going to be on an island with no access to equipment but i want to work out!. i'm taking creatine and eating a lot of protein!. what are some good exercises to do!? all i know is pushups and situps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All the equipment you really need is one of those exercise balls, good elastic bands!. You can do almost anything with these two and I am sure you can find the exercises to do if you type them into the search engines!. With the ball, you can do sit ups and tons of other things that works equally as well as heavy duty equipment!. Strength building is also excellent with the bands, just make sure you get the good ones so they don't snap, they have difference ones for the amount of pull and stretching like how much weight you want to use ( an example would be to put them under a foot to work your arms) Sounds to easy but they works wonders and are less demanding on body!.
