Trying to gain weight but can't?!


Question: Trying to gain weight but can't!?
I was always skinny so I started going to the gym to build myself up, I put on weight and muscle withing the first two months, and withing the last 8 months ive lost a stone I do more weights than ever and alternate the routine every now and again my diet consists of 150 grams of protein a day (which iv'e just started), I am now very depressed and thinking what is the point of all this hard work!?, ster***s have crossed my mind a few times now, my body mass index is 19!.3!. What can I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont do steroids for starters, my brother did and it alters you in bad, bad ways!. Dont!.

But on the weightgain I had the same problem, effectively you have to be taking in more calories than you are outputting through work (but im sure you already know that) Up your protein but also up your carbs, if you do this you HAVE to gain weight as it has to go somewhere!.

2 things people forget are rest (sleep) and water, if you arent getting enough of either or your work outs are too closely spaced you'll stop gaining!.

Also are you grazing or just eating 3 meals a day!? Grazing will increase mass as your muscles are getting nutrients in constant supply, this involves eating up to eat times a day, a meal could just be a protein shake!. beer/ale yeast!. It has a lot of vitamin B, too!. It will make you gain weight in a week!. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any place which specializes in brewing!. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a day - depends on the product, and you are there!. Good for bones and hair as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't try gyming when you haven't added weight yet!. try reducing how long you think take a bus rather than walk and rest at any chance you get!. also eat what u feel like eating at that particular time!. start gyming when u notice weight increase!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
