Answers:
any oil is grease and it will go to your gutter not all instructions are correct if you want to loose weight just add more fruits and vegetables to your diet when you have salads if you loaded the salad with dressing that have oil in it it wouldn't help either just use a little bit of dressing or use fat free dressing add only a little bit of meat and carbohydrates to your diet and try to cut out all the fats when you are in your 40s your metabolism doesn't burn fat as well as when you were younger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it!. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural)!. The results were excellent!. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox!. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://better-life-thinner!.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4!.95 shipping and handling!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anything that emulates another, more natural food, is probably not great for you!. Just like artificial sweetners!. Butter is defineately the smarter choiceWww@Answer-Health@Com
