Getting discouraged with baby weight?!


Question: Getting discouraged with baby weight!?
that stuff just seems to be glued on!.!.!.!.!. especially around my stomach!. i'm losing weight, but not around my belly!. and i HATE sit ups (i have a lot of!.!.!. well!.!.!. extra weight on my chest!)

moms, what have you done besides sit ups to get rid of it!?!?!?

i thought it'd be gone by now, and i'm missing out on beach time!. =[ it sucks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't lose heart, it takes most of us nine months to put it on and for some reason double the time to lose it!.

What helped was to make small differences in what I ate and how I exercised throughout the day!. So for example I ate smaller portions and cut out my favorite cake and chocolate milkshake!.

I would walk to places rather than drive, or go out more often!.
I also bought Elle Mcpherson's 'The Body' workout and used that for about half an hour a day!.

To be honest it takes a while and I did nearly give up a few times, but you need to treat this as a process and not as something that needs to be done by a certain period of time!.

You will lose the weight, it just needs a bit more time before you're back to your fabulous self that's all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is how it is with fat, if you really want it gone don't be discouraged and get rid of it now and not later!.

start doing cardio everyday for 30 minutes and break a sweat within the first 5 minutes!. walking is not really "good enough" i would say since you dont really do anything and everyone walks!. your body was designed to be able to catch meat, and in that is running and jogging!. try going to a gym and doing the eliptical machine for 30 minutes, and set up something so its intense, but not so bad for 30 minutes!. you wil lfeel great afterwards!.

also you said you drink water, well make sure you drink a gallon of water a day and no soda or tea!. and make sure you drink 2 glasses of water before breakfast!.

and the last thing, dont be eating junk food!. go to the store and buy ingredients to make your own meals!. you know what is bad for you!.
