Suitable diets?!

Suitable diets?

i am gettin married next year an desperatly want to lose wieght. im a 12/14 dress size an i have a 8 month old baby so its mainly my stomach,bottom n legs!
im 5ft 5 an weigh about 11stone
ideally id like to be a size 10/12
i dont get alot of excersice apart fron runnin up n down the stairs an my diet could be better!
i dont want to be a size 0 or anything just a flat stomach n a pert bottom!
any ideas?

eat sensibly, everyone knows that one, and put your baby in the buggy and walk, walk, walk. i lost all my baby weight by walking with my baby and dog by 6 weeks. my tummy is flat but the skin still needs to tighten a bit but that only comes with time. walking is great for your bum and legs and its so easy to do with a little one. i found a great way to tone my upper body and tummy/waist is poi. they are basically tennis balls on a string which you swing around. you can buy them with brightly coloured tails on and my baby loves watching them fly about. look up www.homeofpoi.com for instructions on how to do them and i got mine from ebay. they're great to do to music and fun. i can't stick to anything boring like going to the gym!
