Question: HELP ME!! i'm wayyyyyy too obsessed with counting calories!?!!?!!?
i know i'm skinny, and i don't wanna gain weight cause then the jeans i have will be too tight on me, and i like how they fit on me right now!.
i count my calories and try to hit at least 1200 but never exceed 1400!. usually around 1200-1300!. i wanna stop counting calories because it's such a habit and it's annoying cause EVERYTIME i eat, i think about the calories in it!.
i feel like if i don't count my calories, i'll accidentally overreat/go over my calorie intake [to mantain my weight] and gain weight!. ughhh! HOW CAN I STOP!!?!?!!?!?!!?!!?!?!!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start exercising!. If you exercise regularly, i think it will help you!. Your mind will now think, " i burned 200 calories and heart rate is high, which means i m still burning calories, i no longer need to count calories" It will take time, but you can do it!. I was like you, i counted calories everyday, now i don't!.

Don't worry about counting calories just exercise everyday until you get ready!. and then findout your calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
