Question: Weight traning!?!?PLEASE HELP!?
ok im 16 years old
im 6'4ft tall
and im really really skinny
honestly my body is shaped like a girl
smaller shoulders and really skinny arms and legs

what can i do to get an ideal body like muscular
any help would be appreciated
i wanna be big by senior year thats in 2 years

First of all you either need to buy yourself some free weights, or get a gym membership!. These next 2 years of your life are going to be fun!. Building muscle is not as hard as most people thing, especially when you're first starting out!.

Now I could sit here for an hour and give you step-by-step instructions on routines, supplements, etc!. But everyone is different and you have to kind of figure out how you want to go about it, and whats most comfortable to you on your own!. I suggest getting a friend who is interested too!. Nothing could be more motivational than having someone who wants to work out with you, competition rocks!.

I suggest first off just going to a gym and playing with all the machines/work out routines!. Do a little of every muscle group each day for the first 6weeks or so!. After that you can start moving onto a more defined work-out routine!. Protein shakes, supplements, and good dieting is always a good idea too!.

hi mate I'm 16 nearly 17 and i train 3hours a day

when i first started training i was lifting 10kg on are arm doing a bicept curl doing 10 reps each time then rest then do an other 10 etc etc till your arm hurts, DON'T carry on at the age of 15 you don't want then to rip

triceps put the weight behind your head and them stretch your arm up towards the celling and them back behind your head

abs i would just say sit ups and also up sit down sit ups e!.g!. hanging off a swing frame that's what i do in the local park!.

pecks ermm!. when you do bicept curls bring the weight to the opposite shoulder e!.g!. right arm to left shoulder!.
