Lower ab exercises?
What are some good lower ab exercises? I have done pretty much everything, I still don't really have results. And something different, what type of schedule should I use, like every other day or every day or w/e.

Well yeah I am in really good shape. Last year when I joined the gym, I got a free body fat test, and had 10% body fat. But after a year of 3-4 workouts a week, I'm sure its around 9%. But I do ab exercises about 4-5 times a week, but still not getting much results.
