Question: About STUFF!?
ok i used to be really thin in elementary and mid school, then i realized i had to gain weight after a roller coater incident (seatbelt was too loose so they kicked me off) and etc so after that i started eating ALOT for 2 years but gained only like 3 pounds(98) more, then this year im eating the same amount and i gained 7pounds and am at105!.!.!.!. i'm gaining weight pretty fast now, my mom says it's because i stopped growing and the nutritions is not getting absorbed but only the fat!? is that true!?
also, i want to lose weight because i'm starting to get a pot-belly and Why isn't my weight evening out!? my arms and legs are pretty thin but i have alot of belly fat!? oh btw i'm 5' 3"!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!. Do not overdo!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.

omg the same thing happened to me! i'm 5'3" too and i used to eat like soooo much and it did nothing, but now it's all going to my stomache!. maybe you should do some kind of sport cuz when i did basketball i lost some weight and it was all evenly distributed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cuz food usually sets in the core first!.!.!. and If you want to gain weight!.!.!.i would suggest working out so u can build muscle and gain weight at the same time!.!.!.and the ladies will like it :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
