No motivationt to lose weight or workout!? please help!?!

Question: No motivationt to lose weight or workout!!? please help!!?
Hey everyone! im 16 5'0" and 142 lbs!. i know im pretty overweight for my height, i have a pretty petite build and i hate having all this extra weight!. I use to be in shape by running cross country but then i quit this past year and just gaining weight ever since!. I really want to get down to about 115 or 110 lbs!. I know i need to eat healthy and workout more but i just can never seem to get a plan together that i can stick too!. I always say im going to not eat any fast food this week but then the next day ill go out to like wendys or starbucks!.!.!.!.it's like a have no willpower! but i know i would feel so much better about myself if i lost this weight because i'd actually be able to wear cute clothes instead of hiding behind big tshirts and shorts!. Can someone please help me with some motivation tips, or a diet plan that would be easy for me to follow (since im a teen and usually pretty busy), or workout tips (im a member at a gym, i have DDR, an exercise trampoline, dumbells)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey!. I was reading your question and it reminds me of me about two years ago!. I was 5'3 and 165 puonds!. I never really cared about my weight, sure I wanted to wear cute clothes like you do but it didn't matter much!. Then I bought this book you have, the diet for teens only!. I started reading it and got to the part of the BMI!. I did mine and realized that I was obese!. I started crying, I hadnt realized it before!. And I had decided to do something!. I stared knealing down to pick up stuff not just bend down!. Looking for simple exercises like taking the stairs instead of the elevator!. Then I stared to jog, little by little!. You dont have to follow the diet exactly!. Read the book, it'll help you to plan your own menu!. And its amazing how much you can still eat!!! Its was great!. I saw results sooo quickly, and I was getting soo many compliments!. I felt so good!. When I could run longer and fit into tighter clothes!. Believe me its worth it!. Today, I'm 120, went from a size 14 to a size 4!. It took me only a couple of months to reach that goal!. And time goes by so fast when you have a goal and you see that what youre doing to reach is working!. Really hope things work for you!. Go on that diet, and start exersicing slowly!. You'll get more motivated as you see results and you'll WANT to do more!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
