Does green tea actually help higher your metabolism? please answer!!?!

I've read that on a few bottles for it!. Ultimately, I think whatever ingredient attributed to speeding up your metabolism!.!. well, it wouldn't just happen with drinking one bottle or two bottles!. It would have to be used in bigger doses over a period of time, and probably in a more concentrated pill form, rather than an ingredient in a drink!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
