Answers:
2,000 calories is a sunstained weight!. Anything over that and you're gaining weight!. But if you are losing weight, drop your calories to about 1,900 daily!. For every 3,000 calories beyond 2,000 is gaining 1 lb!. It will hurt, it will take some time, and it will require some research!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It means you need to consume 2000 calories a day to maintain that weight if you don't exercise!. If you want to lose weight I would keep the calories around 1800 calories and exercise more to lose some of that fat!.

Your Body Mass Index is 28!.1 which is considered OVERWEIGHTWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your body burns ~2000 calories each day just by keeping it alive!.
if you eat less than 2000 calories, you should lose weight (1 lb of fat per 3500 calories loss)!.

I would not eat less than 1200 calories each day!.

your BMI is a number between like 17 and 40 and it correlates with a chart showing if you're in a healthy range!.

the 2000 is called a BMRWww@Answer-Health@Com

BMI would say your in the overweight range!. For a normal guy (of average weight) thats 14 the calorie intake would be 2000, 2200 maximum to lose weight your calorie intake would have to be lowered to around 1500 calories!.

Hope this helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
