How long would it take to get fit if...?!


Question: How long would it take to get fit if!.!.!.!?
I want to lose weight, gain muscle, and get fit over the summer!. How long (estimate) would it take for me to get decently fit and lose maybe, eh!.!.!. 40 lbs, give or take, if I do this 6 days per week along with eating carefully:

1-1!.5 mile run
2+ mile walk
2 mile bike ride

I find it's a really easy routine that doesn't take any more than an hour total, though I usually spread out the walking throughout the day rather than do it all at once!. I get bored of walking easily!.

Thats a great work out, but you will get bored with doing just that!. Add some area specific exercises to your routine, abs every day, alternating legs one day arms the next day, and take a complete day off for rest!. If you do that and eat healthy you can lose a good amount of weight in 4-6 weeks!. Whether or not you lose 40lbs!. depends on your current weight!. 40lbs!. is a lot of weight to lose in a short amount of time you will probably hit a wall, meaning weight loss will slow around 25lbs!. its normal!. It doesnt make your goal impossible, but maybe set a smaller goal for short term than up it once you have accomplished your small goal!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

40 lbs is lot of weight!.!.!.!. first 10 can be reduced easily!.!.!. as the weight loss increases difficulty to achieve increases!.!.!. my estimate more than 6 monthsWww@Answer-Health@Com
