How can i lose 20 lbs by Aug. 14?!


Question: How can i lose 20 lbs by Aug!. 14!?
im 16 5'0" and 142 lbs!
i really want to get down to like 110 or 115!
Workout plan or Diet Plan help please!? or motivation tips!
(nothing that involves alot of cooking because im usually busy!)

Eat healthfully, and exercise!

-You should eat a balanced diet that consists of 1500 calories!.
-Drink plenty of water!.
-NO junk food!.
-No eating a few hours before bed!.
-Eating 5-6 small meals a day!.
-Do cardio for at least 30 minutes 4-5 times a week!.
-Strength train to build muscle, which in turn, burns more calories!.

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7 p!.m!. People achieve marvellous results with it!. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month!. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits!. But your diet is still balanced!. Atkins and exercise!. I dropped 20lbs in 6 weeks!. I'm not saying it will STAY OFF, that requires a strict diet and lots more exercise, but Atkins really is amazing and effective for quick weight loss, even if it's not as popular as it used to be!.
