P!.S!.: Knowlegde isn't really right!. You want to work-out biceps and back on the same day because they both use the same muscles!. Triceps and back don't work together, neight do biceps and chest!. And you want to work-out every muscle every 48 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly, you wish to work everything, which is good, an overall muscular look is only achieved when you work on all body parts!. I would suggest that you do a 3 day split, whereby you work 2-3 body parts each day!. This will ensure that you have enough rest; it is worth remembering that your muscles do not grow whilst you are working out but when they are resting!. When you do work out, you are damaging muscle tissue and your body overcompensates for this and your muscles thus grow bigger, stronger and more defined WHILST RESTING!. Therefore you should work each body part once a week, no more and no less!.
A good 3 day split would be:
Day1: Back and triceps
Day2: Shoulders, legs and abs
Day3: Chest and biceps
Perform this routine once a week!.
If you need dumbbell exercises to do for these body parts, go to www!.dumbbell-exercise!.com, click on exercises in the top right hand corner, there are loads for each body part!.
Keep a good protein intake along with complex carbohydrates and you should see results!.
Remember, each body part once a week, no more, no less!. Hope this helps you out!Www@Answer-Health@Com
