It's just impossible for me to lose weight under my conditions. Any ideas?

Im about 60-61kg and size 12 and just 2 yrs ago i was 54kg and size 8-10. I know i'm only young (16) but i can't handle gaining all this weight and becoming so self-concious. I dance three times a week during the school term and im trying to walk/jog for an hr a day these winter holidays. As for food, im either really careful and healthy or really overindulgent. What can i do to lose about 5 kgs, any diet ideas? Should i exercise more? HELLLP!!!

I'm a "pear shape". I know people always fit into a certain "shape" categories, but is there anything i can do to become maybe a "ruler" or stright-up-and-down shape? or at least well on my way to it? Thats my main goal here, i dont care how much i lose or whatever as long as the fat reshapes itself. helppp!

eating three meals a day is very important!you cannot lose wieght (the safe and right way)if you dont eat.just watch what you eat and try to eat healthy.exercise is also important!i found that doing thes for at least an hour a day worked.i also included some walking.i walked about 45 minuets a day.(m-f).try to stay away from sodas or anything with caffine.just stick to water.overindulgent can also be the problem.eat a reasonable portion.over indulging can make it harder to lose wieght cause your stomach will get used to over indulging. good luck i hope i have helped some.
