Question: Best Healthy Diet!?
I don't really want to lose weight, I just want to get healthy!. But I'm not looking for a diet, just more of a healthy eating plan!. Any suggestions!? I'm not a vegetarian or vegan!. The only meat I don't eat is pork!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink less sodas!. They're full off chemicals and often caffiene!. Water is a lot better for you!. So is orange juice, it's full of Vitamin C!. Milk is great, too!. Lots of calcium!.

Don't eat too much meat!. Meat is healthy and important for a healthy, balanced diet, but too much of it tends to be very fatty!. Consume chicken and/or beef daily!.

Avoid the over-eating of spagetti!. It's ok if you eat it once in a while, but if you eat too much it'll make you fat, plus it's pretty high in cholesterol!. It's better to eat rice, anyways!.

Keep a balanced diet of fruits and veggies!. Try to eat more apples, pears, peaches, oranges, grapes, carrots, celery, and broccoli!. Your Fs & Vs are a must for a healthy and well-balanced diet!.

Also, make sure you exercise daily!. Good exercise methods include sprinting, jumping-jacks, hand-stands, backbends, and so forth!.

The best diet your can follow for primarily good health is the Low
Glycemic diet!.

Diets that tell you to cut carbs are very dangerous, not for the extra protein that you intake, no - Not at all, the real problem is the lack of fibre!.

You mention a vegetarian diet, this is the diet I would recommend for you!. Make sure you are getting all the essential nutrients!. This diet should include fruits, nuts, grains, vegetables!.
