Im taking tea to lose weight? Is this really help?

Im taking this for over 2 years. The only side effects is loose vowel. I know its uncomfortable. Can it affect my health?

Drinking tea (especially green tea and black pekoe tea) is good for your health and can aid your weight loss efforts. Just bear in mind drinking lots of tea won't do it. The rest of your diet needs to be in order, and you need to get some type of exercise -- even if it's just a 15-minute brisk walk every day. Cutting down on junk food, fast food, soft drinks, cookies, cakes, chips, etc., and building your diet around eggs, nuts, fish, poultry, lean cuts of beef and pork, lowfat dairy products, fresh fruits and vegetables, and whole grain breads/cereals/pasta will go a long way toward dropping those extra pounds. If you do all that, drinking tea will give you an added boost.
