Question: Healthy vegetarian recipes and exercise!?
Ive been using these great diet pills, but ive lost them lol either that or my parents found them!. Anyways i want to lose another 12 more pounds, so does anyone have any vegetarian recipes that a 15 year old can cook and dont take ages!? the best veg recipes are soups and salads!. if you have a centrifugal juicer, you can make juices out of raw veggies!. here is my daughter's favourite recipe with lo-fat cottage cheese!. very easy!.
heat a lil oil!. (about 1 tsp)!. add cumin seeds, if you have them!. add tomato sauce!. add chilli powder to it!. stir once!. put cottage cheese cubes or crumbled!. add salt to taste!. let it all blend!. garnish with corriander leaves (optional)!. very yummy!. but make sure it is low-fat cottage cheese!. you can even add finely sliced bell peppers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
