Bingo wings....?!

Bingo wings....?

bingo wings, isnt that a layer of fat beneath the arms?. Is so yes ive got them... like who hasnt!! .... there are some pilates rings on the market claiming to get rid of them for you. Any girls used these and do they actually get rid of the bingo wings?

I don't know about the Pilate's rings, but I had a dramatic improvement on my "wobbling" after I started doing Yoga regularly.
