Question: Im a basketball player!.I need some help on my everyday morning workouts!?
I am a 14 year old basketball player!. I plan on waking up every morning at 6 and getting a good workout to get into shape!. I have some w8s and a bar (no bench), jump ropes, and can do sit ups and pushups and calf raises!. any suggestions on wut and how many of each to do!. thanks!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try this circuit:
Barbell Curls x 10
Shoulder Press x 10
Push-Ups x 20 (or as many as you can do)
Jump Rope for 60 seconds
Ab Crunches (stop doing sit-ups, they are outdated and hard on your tailbone) x 25
Leg Lifts x 25
Stand up and try to jump as high on the spot 15 times!.
Do this circuit three times or however many times you can do it!. It will help build strength, stamina and explosive power!.
If you need more cardio jog for 25--35 minutes three times a week!. Keep your nutritional plan clean and drink lots of water!.
