How old do you have to be to join a gym?!

Question: How old do you have to be to join a gym!?

I'm 16, and I live in Maryland!.

How old would I have to be to join a gym!? Something like uhh!.!. "Gold's Gym"!?

haha you can pretty much join a gym at any age lol and 16 is a great age! trust me mon amour lol

well if you want heres a few:
Gold's Gym at any age -to work must be at least 15 ;)
YMCA - definitely any age but some equipment must be at least 15 - u can also work there:)
Lifetime - must be at least 15 to join and must be at least 16 to work

At the 24 Hour Fitness, you have to be at least 12 to workout, but I don't know about actually joining!. To me the best things about the gym are the fitness classes they offer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have checked into this to get a membership for someone and you usually have to be 16!. That's at Ballys'!. Although at fitness 19 they say 14!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
