Question:
How much weight will i loose in 1 month if I walk about 2 kilometers every morning.?
I'm a girl in early twenties, my weight is 62kg & height is 5 feet 5 inches. Around how many kilos will I loose in 1 month if I walk about 2 kilometers every morning? I walk in in moderate speed (25 minutes to walk 2km).
If anyone has an idea please help. I'm so worried about my weight.
Also please do let me know what I can do anything else in addition to loose weight.

Probably 3-5 kg. But what would help even more is also regulating a well balanced, healthy diet. And sometimes, your progress may slow down, or EVEN stop, but don't get discouraged! You will get through that "wall", and continue progress. Also, as you progress, I would recommend walking a quicker pace and/or walking further. Hope I helped! :)
