Will my healthy diet work? I'm 13?!


Question: Will my healthy diet work!? I'm 13!?
I've got quite big legs, and I'm feeling quite down, I can't where skinny jeans, or any clothes I want!. So I decided to go on a diet!.

Don't worry, this is not a diet where I have an excessive amount of diet pills! lol

+For breakfast, I'll have a fruity yogurt or fruit!.
+For lunch, at school I'll take a main course and then a dessert with fruit in it!. I'll also drink water!. At home, I'll have quite a small lunch, like a small sandwich or something!.
+Before dinner, I run around a really big field once or twice, to help my metabolisim or whatever it's called, and then for dinner, whatever we're having, but I won't have anything after!.

In the weekends, I swim, dance and I play ping pong!.

I want to be a normal size for my age, by the beginning of August, a month before I start back at school!.

It's good that you're exercising, and your meal plan sounds fairly healthy, but I'd suggest something different for breakfast!. It's proven that if you eat more earlier on in the day, you're more likely to lose weight than if you have a quite a big dinner, so in the morning, have something like wholegrain cereal with skimmed milk and a slice of wholemeal toast (no butter), or a fruit salad with a tablespoon of yogurt and sprinkled with nuts!. Be careful when eating yogurts, because they may seem healthy, but they are packed with sugar, which makes you gain weight, and the fat free ones are even worse because they add twice as much sugar to make it taste the same!. So if you are going to eat yogurt you can get no added sugar ones, which are more likely the best!.

Even if you don't see results within the first couple of weeks, keep at it, because you can't just lose weight on one area of your body, but all over!. So maybe when August arrives you'll have thinner legs and a thinner body overall!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You seem like a very active young lady and thats the great thing!. Dont get caught up in all this dieting!. But if you want to work on your legs do some target training!. Try pilates for buns and t highs are really great!. All the activities that you do should also help!.But since change is gradual dont rush it will happen!. The best thing is to stay active now while your young!. When you stop being active thats when you need to worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercising daily is all you need to do, Jogging, Biking etc!. things that involve your legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to run alot!. make an exercises routine, like what u gonna do on monday or tuesday etc!. but you really need to run!.!.!. and always eat healthy like veggies not alot of sweetsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Remember that you are still going to get taller!. Your aim should not be to lose weight, but not to gain weight!. If you stay at the same weight, everything will even out!. And please stop looking at mdels for comparison!. They are not real!. If you see them in real life, they look nothing like the photos!. And guys like curves!. REAL guys, not gay fashion designers!. So, do you want to be healthy and look good to guys, or do you want to look good to gay guys and other girls!?
And you're not that fat anyway!. The photo is a close up!.

you're still young, so your body's metabolism is naturally fast already!. you shouldnt worry too much about the amount of food you eat, just make sure you eat healthy foods!. high fiber, high vitamin, low fat, just obvious things!.

also, if your legs are big, just stick to running!. find a hill somewhere around your house or something!. Sprint up the hill to the top, turn around and jog back down to the bottom, turn around and sprint back up to the top!. Repeat that as many times as you can, make sure you dont' overdo it!.

You should eat small meals, and eat 5-6 meals a day!. try not to limit the food you eat, just make sure you eat healthy!. (fruits, veggies, protein, fish)Www@Answer-Health@Com
