Question: Do I need to go on a diet!?
I am 15!. My height is 5 ft!. 4 inches!. Current weight is 115!.
I am eating healthier now and trying to cut back on junk!. And I have a little extra fat around my belly but I'm hoping it will come off soon after all my hard work! LolWww@Answer-Health@Com

if your a female you are perfect the way you are!.!.!. maybe a little light honestly!.!.!. the fat is from puberty!. everyone gets it and it forms into hips for childbearing years, (which should be much much later for a 15 year old! )
