How to i loose mass in certain areas of my body?!


Question: How to i loose mass in certain areas of my body!?
i want to loose my "love handles" i assume that these are the sacks of fat at the lower back!. also i want to loose mass off of my hips!. right where my hip bone is there is a sack of flesh that i can grab!. how do i get rid of this!. is there a fiftness exersise or do i just have to generaly loose wight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, not unless you go to a plastic surgeon, you can't remove body fat from a given area of your body!.

Second, it may be possible to make a certain area of your body "look better" if you exercise those muscles to tone that given area!. This helps to a limited degree!.

Third, to truly loose the fat, you need to loose weight by taking in less calories than your expending!. Diet and exercise will help, along with endurance / strength training that builds muscle mass!. Muscle mass helps burn more calories at rest while toning those body parts to look more healthy and appealing!.

Lastly, there are genetics!. Some people are stuck with "love handles" because their genetics tells their bodies to be that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
