Could i lose some pounds?!


Question: Could i lose some pounds!?
in like 6 days since i need only 5 pounds more to achieve my goal but theres this special event going on, in the 12th and is this humanly possible!.

PS!. do not say starve myself since i suffered for anorexia for a long time and I could starve myself but I want to lose the pounds in a healthy wayWww@Answer-Health@Com

losing 5 pounds in less than a week will be extremly difficult, but here are some tips tht may help you lose some weight


1!. dont skip meals/starve yourselves, because you can actually slowly gain weight from it since when you eat you metabalism speeds up which means you can burn more calories when u exersize
2!. eat sevril small meals throught the day rather than 3 big meals, this keeps you metabalisim up
3!. when you eat, eat very slowly so you can sense the satisfied feeling, dont eat untill your full!.
4!. exersize, u'll have to burn more calories then you consume to loose weight, you dont want to over exersise tho, you could folow a exersize plan you migh see in a magazine!. do lotsa running, swimming, more intence activities then do somthing like pilates or strengh training, or work on areas u need to imrove in!. but always have enough rest
5!. eat super healthy, no junk/fatty/high calorie foods!. eat ur veggies fruits meat and grains: a variety, and defently skip dessert
6 drink plenty of water and keep hydrated

Eat foods that are low in fat and calories, but eat enough of them to keep your energy up!. Things like grain cereal, wheat bread, rice cakes, cottage cheese, yogurt!. When you start getting hungry, eat something small and if you're still hungry, go for fruit or veggies!. A tiny bit of cool whip, ranch dressing, hummus, peanut butter, etc!. will make these a little more tasty!.

The best thing is to excercise (but not so much that you expel all of your energy), and drink a lot of water!. Ice water not only helps to flush out fat, but your body will burn calories trying to warm up after the cold!.

BE SAFE!. Any attempt at losing weight following even the most mild form of anorexia can be dangerous!. Please be safe and smart!. Call your doctor or nurse if you'd like some safe ideas, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you ever tried a cleanse before!? I haven't personally, but I know of people who did and they said it works!. There are different kinds of cleanses you can do!. I don't know too much about it (sorry) but maybe you could research it a little more and see if it would work for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you can't lose 5 pounds in 6 days if you wanna do it the healthy way!.!.!.why don't you try a girdle or a body shaper!? They're great for firming and shaping up your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

buttttt, you must excercise like everyday for a long time, and you must eat good meals!. atleast 3!. healthy!. and it must be your number one priority!.

The PS really destroyed my best answer!.!.!.!. So increase your exercise regime, but don't do muscle building exercises!.!.!. just walk alot, but if you really want to drop kgs in a short time, intense swimming will do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight Watchers is very good!. I've lost 22 pounds on it in 1 month and half and my first 5 days lost 6 pounds!
