Question: How a teen can loose weight for summer!?
well, i wanna loose weight so i can wear a bikkini to the pools and stuff and i have a fair amount of weight to loose!. im doing volleyball camps because its required to take them for the club team that im on!. ANY HELPPP!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just get motivated and keep busy!. Do away with fatty take out foods, if that's your problem!. Write up a calender with the date you have to lose the weight by, and keep regular entries in a journal about your weight loss achievements!. Quite honestly, the best way to lose weight from all over is to go swimming!. It gets your whole body toned up and if you cut out carbs like potatoes, pasta and bread you'll find the weight comes off more easily!. xWww@Answer-Health@Com
