if i diet and excersize( runnung 2 miles 5 days a week and no junk food)

Well, if you excercise the way you should, probably about 35 days!. Actually, I've heard it's best and healthiest to lose no more than 3 pounds per week!.!.!.
It also depends on whether it's water weight, and sometimes when you first start a work out paln, you gain more muscle, which is heavier than fat, so it may seem as if you're not achieving much if you only watch the scale!. Maybe you can measure yourself and try to lose inches!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not too long maybe about a month but be sure to get your food pyramid in too and eat right and drink drink drink lots of water! Not just exercise, it's not that good to exercise too much!. your muscles will start hurting but be sure to watch calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
