Question: Why is it much faster to put ON weight than it is to loose it!?
Answers:
For most people it is faster and easier to put weight on instead of taking it off, because our bodies are built to survive famine!. When we experience a significant drop in calories our bodies tend to cling to our body fat because our bodies are afraid that we are experiencing a time of very little food, and because our bodies don't know how long that period will last, they hold on to everything they've got!.

This is why going on a crash diet will stop working quickly: Drop too many calories and your body will think it is in a famine and it won't let the body fat go: Instead it will make you sluggish so you don't burn too many calories, which of course makes it hard to work out as well!. Then, when you break down and start eating more calories again, your body tries to pack on more weight in case the whole thing happens all over again!.

That is why people who go on repeated crash diets actually start to get fatter and flabbier!. Their bodies are just trying to save their lives! That is why a slow and gradual reduction in calories plus moderate exercise is the best way to lose the weight!. Your body isn't going to miss a small, gradual reduction in calories and it won't be over-stressed by moderate exercise!. That way you will lull it into submission with gradual weight loss that doesn't set off any alarm bells in your body's biochemistry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's not true for everyone, it depends on what and how often you eat, your natural metabolism and your activity level!.

Not for me

My metabolism is super efficient

I would have to eat loads and loads and loads of protein and fat to even put on a single pound!.
And so losing weight for me would be very easy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You kniw i' asked the same question!.!.!.lol!.!.!.and its because bad fattening food taste sooooooooooooo gooooooooood and really healthy food taste baaaaaaaaaaaaaad!.!.!.so there you go that is why its so much easier to put on weight than loose it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
