the best thing is go to gym first, and the next thing is weekly twice i!.e take only plaine water for the whole day and next day take only fruit juces including citrus fruits after that if u are confidant that u can manage without regular diet give two days gap and take coconut water for whole day after that stay with fruits onlyafter that use only honey, in this process your body cleanse the excess fat and it will burn the bad fat!. Wake up inthe morning!.!.!.!.go on a fast walk for 45 minutes!. Eat a ham and cheese omelette and some ham for breakfast!. (Carbs will give you energy, but I only eat limited good carbs in the morning if i eat them)!.!.take a metabolic enhancer !.!.!.!.eat more protein for lunch and dinner!.!.!.make sure your dinner isnt after 6!. DRINK LOTS OF WATER>>>CUT OUT ALL ELSE!!!! (maybe juice only in the morning) in the evening work the musle groups you want to build on!!! Remember to drink LOTS OF WATER!!!!!!!!!!! Eat more and burn your calories also more!. The best way to burn your calories is walking skipping etc,
Proper diet must be important!. Dont skip your breakfast because that alone will results in more weight!.
