Question: Make me look better!? 10 points!?
hey well um im on exam leave atm as im doing my gcse's as im in year 11 so i would like to lose weight and have 10 days break until my next exam then a couple days after i have my prom so i thought that if i went running every morning and did a dvd workout everyday would this help me lose weight and inches and is is possible lose 7lbs or more by running every morning for those ten days would this make my breasts a smaller cup as they are a 34 d and i hate it but after my prom i have about 14 days until i go away with my school and i thought that if i ran everymorning again and did a dvd workout will this make me lose more weight and of course i will be following a healthy eating plan which consists of no snacking and junk food can i lose about a stone by the 12th july + about 7lbs before 25th june !?!? if i do this
c also i would like 2 make myself look older, im 16 and feel that i dnt dress old enough do u think by losing weight i'll be able 2 wear nice clothes more for my age thnx xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you exercise and eat sensibly, you can lose the weight!. When I was 14 I lost 14 pounds in about three weeks by doing sit ups every afternoon after school and going for a long walk and then doing laps of the pool!. I ate a bowl of muesli for breakfast, took a salad sandwich to school for lunch and had whatever mum had cooked for dinner (veggies and chicken or meat)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to think it through slowly losing weight takes time and a lot of effort it can be done if you carry out all the things you have listed above!.
Running and swimming are the best way to tone up and eat healthy cut down on meal size and focus on more fruit and vegetables drink plenty of water!.
But to be honest its whats inside that matters the most not the size of you dress!.
Having a good personality and a good heart is more important than being a size zero!.

Try some Hatha yoga, that's good!. Ha = Sun, Tha = Moon so Hatha yoga = SunMoon yoga!.

Also yes, running will help alot too, well, it might depend how far you are running!.!.!. how far are you running!? A brisk jog up the street and back won't give any quick results but if you're running 1-2 miles every day that should help!.

Upon reading the other question you posted, I see that you tend to ramble a bit!. You also did not break up your sentences!. I myself did not finish reading it as it was incredibly difficult to understand!. Try writing in clear, concise sentences and getting to the point immediately!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you ask you questions at the right time, when people will be on and put them under a good category, government and politics seem to be the hot ones right now!. Also make the question seem more interesting than it is!. And also like someone already said , some people are just jerks!

It seems like you have planned it out well! Just excersize enough and eat healthy for snacks you can always eat some fruit!. Also drink a lot of water at least 2 liters a day!

if you want to look older!.!.!.you shouldnt try to lose wieght (have you ever heard real women have curves)!. For what you are doing, you need to put your health first!. If you are running everyday and not eating fatty foods and your body isnt loosing any wieght!.!.!.its probably a sign!. Listen to your body and stop caring about prom and what people think about you!. I know this is not what you want to hear!.!.!.if you want i can tell you to throw up everything you eat and take a laxative three times a day!.!.!.that will really make you lose wieght!. You will lose some weight if you are overweight and you follow a healthy eating plan, drink LOTS of water and do some physical exercise every day

how quickly you lose weight depends on a lot of things, and I wouldn't hope for instant results

Whilst I think it's important that everyone eats healthily and proportionately for their age, body shape and level of activity combined with some sort of exercise everyday, I don't think diets are particularly useful at your age unless you are considerably overweight, and if you are then really you should seek the help of your doctor, who will advise you professionally

I appreciate that at your age you want to look older but don't rush to age yourself prematurely, one day you will miss that youthful glow you now have!

What I really think you need is to worry less about your weight and more about improving your self image, different styles of clothes accentuate different body shapes, and there are all sorts of 'tricks' to disguise the bits of us we are less happy about - go shopping with somebody whose 'style' you admire and ask their opinion to help you choose

make sure you do some quality revision, doing well in your G!.C!.S!.E's will improve your confidence and go to your prom with your head held high, if you go there feeling a million dollars that is what everybody else will see!Www@Answer-Health@Com

wanna lose weight fast, and inches!? well what you can do for the next days are as followed:

1!. dont eat after 6:00pm
2!. eat 5-6 small meals a day, about every 2-3 hours
3!. drink 6-8glass of water a day
4!. workout right when you wake up in the morning and right before you go to bed!.!.!.when i say right when you wake up, dont eat breakfast yet, eat breakfast after your done!.
5!. if your work out in the gym, then do less weight, more reps & less sets!.!.!.for example!. [pushups 15-20x, 2sets or 3 if you can manage!.]

What is this gcse's you are talking about!?

Lose weight!? Walk, run, swin, ride a bike!. Eat protein!. Chesse!. Chicken, Tune and Salmon!. No red meat!. Eat fiber!. Fiber keeps you full! Beans, oatmeal!.!.!.bran flakes!. Fiber will also help you go and that will help you lose some more weight!.

Oh,and do NOT eat anything within 4 hours of going to bed!. So, if you go to bed at midnight-cut off the food by 8pm!. If you go to bed at 10pm, cut off the food by 6pm!. Go to bed at 7pm!? Cut off the food at 3pm!. I think you get the point! Do not skip breakfast!. It slows your motabolism down!.


7 pounds is all you want to lose!? well, the last 10 is always the hardest to lose!.
Your 16!? Don't worry about looking older!. I'm 32!. People think I'm 21!. I wonder what people will think of me when I get to be about 50!. Will I look to be about 40!? That would be great!

You will WANT people to think that you are younger when you get to be an adult!. Don't try to look older!. Try to ACT older!. Actions will speak for your age!
