Question: Can any nutritionist help!? need help with weight control!.!?
i want to maintain my weight while burning off my body fats!. (losing some is ok too)!. what kind of meal should i be eating a day (breakfast lunch dinner) and how much calories should i be intaking!? and what kind of exercise would be good for me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

agreed w/ him^, eat 6small meals a day, about every 2-3hours, dont eat after 6pm tho or 7pm!. work out right when you wake up, i mean right when you wake up! then eat breakfast after!.!.!.also work out before you go to bed that and drink 6-8glass of water a day!.!.!.
ive been following this and ive been losing body fat and maintaining my weight!.!.!.also i like to do workout to start gettin my body toned, and i do about 2hours of cardio a day!.
done this for about 4weeks now and my friends can already tell, they think ive lost weight but i havent, i jus been losing my body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It all depend son your current weight and fat percentage!.
You should eat regularly about 6 times a day nutrient dense foods that are balanced protein to carb etc!. Circuit and interval training will burn the most fatWww@Answer-Health@Com
