Can you lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks?!


Question: Can you lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks!?
I want to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks and I am wondering if my diet is acceptable!. I am doing 20-30 minutes a day of cardio and lite strength building and abs!.; 20 sit-ups; 10 modifier push-ups and walking for 1 mile, about 15 minutes!. I am eating cereal or oatmeal for breakfast; only drinking water ALL day and ALL night!. Eating ramen, or chicken salad for lunch; and usually eat whatever for dinner!. I snack with mangoes during the day!. Am I on the right track!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

if u build up muscles you will gain weight
drinking water is awesome!.!.!.!
i helps you burn fat, because it:
a) helps the digestions
b) helps the metabolism in your body (the body doesnt save water
c) you sweat more!.!.!. easier to work out!.!.!.

also:
-you can eat more, as long as you do not eat fastfood!.!.!.
-eat chocolate, keeps your spirit alive ;)
-the risc of eating less is that the jojo effect will effect you
and you feel bad!.!.!.
"dont break your habits, change them!.!.!."
-running is good!.!.!. burns calories and is not too hard and it doesnt build up giant amounts of muscles (run as long as u can)
-ride your bike (easier for your body when you weight a little more)
-fruits have calories (sugar) but they are sweet and healthy
-make goals, and make it exciting!.!.!.
-do not talk while running!.!.!.
-dont eat energybars (high in calories, many proteins; good for body builders and teens, not for just getting a healthy weight)
-just do little things!.!.!. go in the basement yourself, get the trash out, walk to work, play with friends in the park, plant a tree (good workout and well i am a hippy =),
-no alcohol; detox your body with a lot of water

Yes you could loose 5lb in two weeks!. Lot of the weigh you lose will be water and you would only loose about 3 pounds of fat in two weeks, the rest would be all water!.
Make sure your adding white eggs in the breakfast because it's really high in protein and low in calories!. Your body burns about 1500calories in avg a day so try to limit your food intake to 1200-1400 and the extra cardio should do the job:)
