Iron tablets would definitely help you, but so would just plain old multi-vitamins!.!.!.try One-a-Day Women's multi-vitamins plus Iron!.

Being a vegetarian is okay, as long as you would do it because of your beliefs or tastes, not because you want to lose weight!. My friend is a vegetarian because she is against animal cruelty, but I originally became a vegetarian because I just thought eating red meat was gross!. Being a vegetarian and staying healthy certainly involves a lot more work in meal preparation, but if you are prepared to try it, then by all means, try it!

Make sure you are getting good protein as well - this can be difficult for some vegetarians!. You can get protein from meats, but if you want to stay away from those, then eat nuts and peanut butter and eggs!.

Stay away from foods with lots of salt, fats, and sugar!. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grain pasta and bread, potatoes, rice, and drink skim milk and plenty of water!. Don't be afraid of calories!. You need calories for energy, and you need the energy to get exercise - just keep your daily calorie intake to a controlled amount, no more than 2000 calories per day!. Try to stick to three meals per day, try to eliminate snacking, especially if you are doing it because you are bored!. Of course, eat in smaller portions but don't starve yourself!.

Get exercise everyday!. If you feel that you are out of shape, then just start by going for walks every day and once your endurance strengthens, you can start going jogging!. Make sure to keep hydrated!. You can try getting a gym membership (some cheap ones for 25 bucks a month) or you can wait to get that elyptical (just keep going for daily walks in the meantime)!. Talk to other family members to get their support or to get a walking buddy!.

Don't skip meals, don't eat until you're stuffed (just until you're satisfied and no longer hungry), go for daily walks whenever you have time at a good pace, get support from family, and eat wholegrain starchy foods and foods high in protein, vitamin B and iron!. It may be unhealthy (not to mention unrealistic) to aim to lose more than 1-2 pounds per week!.

Good luck and work hard, it will be worth it in the end to do this the healthy way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the best advise you can get will be from a medical professional, maybe someone who specializes in this!. They will tell you exactly what you need to be healthy and help you out with any other issues you may have

btw I took a tae bo class yesterday and it kicked my butt so I can tell you that was a good workout haha

** to this chick above me, unless you've experienced it, you have no room to judge others for itWww@Answer-Health@Com
