How many steps should a 14 year old female walk per day?!


Question: How many steps should a 14 year old female walk per day!?
I don't want to gain weight over the summer so I'm using a treadmill!.

How often should I exercise!?
How far should I walk!?
How many steps should I take
At what speed should I walk!?

Answers:
You could exercise everyday 1 or 2 times a day to keep your weight down!. Walking about 1-2 miles on the treadmill at about 4-7 mph would definately work!. It doesnt matter how many steps you take, just how far!. Throughout the course of the day (wherever you walk) it should regularly come out to about 3-4 miles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Before I answer your question I just want to say that I LOVE your picture!!! I'm exactly as you, don't want to gain weight (i want to lose in fact!), i'm a female and 14 yrs old! I use the Leslie Sansone videos!.!.and eat healthy meals!. I've built up to her three mile and found an elliptical machine that someone wanted to throw out, so I work out on that when im around it!. I've heard of the 1200 calorie diet!.!.etc!. But i find that making up regular exercise and a good diet is the best way for me to lose weight!.

I know that the Dr!. Oz and the other guy who did the "realage diet"(which btw is a GREAT Diet!!) has the amount of steps you need to take in a day in their book and online!. You can also email them!. I'm only 14 , so i didn't do the looking younger diet!. I did the regular dieting one!. Good luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i walk 2-3 miles everyday!. and I go on 3!.0-6!.5!.!.!.
but it depends on your stamina!.!.
I am 5'2 and 108 and I just lost 17 pounds by doing
that!. and also doing crunches and stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
