Depends on what type of diet you are on!.

If you are on low fat, you can get Skim Milk that is 0% fat!.

If you are on Atkins doing low carb, all milk is bad!. There is natural sugar in it that no matter the fat content, the sugar stays there!.

The South Beach diet has just modified their diet to allow 0% and 1% milk during the initial phase, 2-3 cups (that will be 8 oz each)!. The change is in the 2nd edition (2005 printing) of the South Beach Diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I quit drinking milk about 6 months ago!. My research has led me to believe that we don't need it!. Cow's milk is for baby cows!. Goat's milk is for baby goats!. The only milk we should drink is our mother's when we were babies!. Want calcium or protein, google green smoothies and eat plenty of fruits and veggies!. Whether you are on a diet or not, you still need 3 servings of dairy each day!. Try skim or 1% milk for lower fat content!. How many ounces are your mugs!? Try keeping milk servings to 8 oz each!. but, its good for calcium!
