I sprained my ankle just over a month ago and it still hurts and feels very stiff. I am due to start training?
for a run soon. Any tips to help me speed my recovery or even just make my ankle feel better?

Try warming it up slowly and see if it gets better. Dont go on if it still pains. Also dont push push yourself like you would normally. Sometimes it is already healed but the tissue is still bruised. If you still feel a sharp pain every time you hit the ground and you are properly warmed up you should rather take it easy. Get an ankle support if you still feel a little pain and its bothering you.
