Arm strength, stomach fat loss!?!


Question: Arm strength, stomach fat loss!!?
This summer, i'm really gonna focus on putting some strength in my arms and drop some fat in the stomach!. im only a teen, and i weigh 100 pounds and i;m 5'2!. I hike a lot, so i'm gonna use poles, which supposedly is really good, and also, i'm gonna do a lot of fly fishing, which is great for the arms!. any suggestions of what else I should do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just make sure you are eating very healthy meals 5-6 times a day, keeping water intake high and it sounds like you could use some push-ups in there somewhere!.

The hiking will work your legs, and pushups and your other activities will work your arms!. Keep up the good work, and don't forget, your body only gets stronger through the rest you give it after you workout!. Eat enough, sleep enough, and the rest will fall into place!.
